Muffinhead is a performance absurdist and hyper-surreal cartoon imaginary that brings his otherworldy visions to life in many forms including costumes, painting, custom apparel and T-shirt graphics. Born in Los Angeles, his explosive graphic ingenuity has propelled him across America. He relocated to NYC in 2005 and has since brought his chaotic, obsessive panache to the city's hottest galleries, events and nightlife. He has worked with Deitch Projects for their Art Parade and performed in Austria for the Life Ball in 2009. Also known for his curatorial projects, he has produced group shows such as "SuperWOW!" with 80s pop art icon Kenny Scharf. Muffinhead has been featured in assorted publications such as Paper magazine, My Comrade and The Soho Journal.
